About the Role:
- Build the people function for Amperos' India team from the ground up.
- Serve as the first HR contact for employees and bridge to US leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Own recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and payroll administration.
- Run engagement cadence and draft missing people policies.
- Maintain statutory compliance with Indian labour law.
We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of HR operations experience with India-based teams.
- Hands-on payroll knowledge and comfort building HR processes from scratch.
- Strong communication and ability to handle sensitive conversations.
