What You'll Do:
- Own the People Operations side of the employee lifecycle - onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, and employee records - serving as an approachable first point of contact for routine questions and escalating anything sensitive to VP, Ops.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal culture programs, including feedback cycles, goal-setting, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
