About the Role:
- You will be the heart of our employee experience, managing everything from benefits to offsites.
- You'll handle LOA, compliance, and HRIS administration.
- You'll report to the VP of People and work with a small team.
About You:
- 7+ years of People Ops or HR experience with an approachable communication style.
- Proven ability to manage benefits, compliance, and culture programs.
- Based in San Diego area with ability to be in-person 2-4 days per month.
