We are seeking an experienced Head of People to build and lead the people function at 10a Labs.
You will own the full employee lifecycle while ensuring the company scales with strong operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable HR policies, processes, and internal documentation.
Lead employee relations, performance review programs, and manager enablement.
Partner with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Compliance on hiring, immigration, compensation, and security.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on employee relations and compliance.
Experience scaling People Operations in a high-growth technology company.
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.

Salary range $150K–$190K with performance-based annual bonus.
