As part of G-Ps Global Mobility team you will assist with the service delivery of visa sponsorship across the Globe. You will work with multiple departments within the business to support Visa queries, ensure immigration compliance and support us while we grow our global mobility offerings both for our employees and our customers. This role is a maternity leave cover for a period of 10 months

Design the launch roadmap on where to expand Deel’s mobility offerings. Collaborate with the Mobility Sales team to set aggressive quarterly revenue targets for global mobility products. Conduct research and analysis of the immigration requirements and processes for Deel’s new markets. Prepare Deel’s visa sponsorship renewals and slots, and submit immigration applications to the local authorities to offer visas in new countries.

As Global Mobility Lead, you will build scalable global mobility programs that are fair, consistent and approachable for all stakeholders and that support career development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop seamless processes that support mobility needs while maintaining data integrity, compliance and efficiency. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the new People Ops Specialist, you will ensure many of our People processes are friction-free, enable our people to succeed, and help the company scale. You will play an important part in making sure our onboarding is running smoothly and be the first touchpoint for questions about our policies and HR systems.
