Manage global immigration, relocation, and cross-border workforce initiatives. In this individual contributor role, you will manage the full lifecycle of global mobility processes, providing expert advice and execution on immigration compliance, international relocation logistics, cross-border employment considerations, payroll, tax compliance, and mobility-related benefits. You will develop and maintain global mobility policies that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Provide subject matter expertise on cross-border employment, remote work compliance, and international assignment structuring. Oversee vendor relationships and advise HR and business leaders on mobility matters.
