Role Overview:
- Deploy, configure, and support multiple CareDx software platforms, including transplant and patient management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, databases, and HL7 interfaces.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and seamless customer experience within defined budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Windows Active Directory.
