Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support system lifecycle management activities, including requirements gathering, system planning, and technical refresh initiatives.
• Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.
• Assist in managing system configurations, baselines, and documentation across the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7+ years of experience in systems engineering, system administration, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, scripting, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• Experience supporting federal or DoD environments.
• Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Additional Information:

• Occasional off-hours support may be required for system deployments or maintenance.
• This is a remote position supporting U.S.-based federal programs.
• Compensation range: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly.
