Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and help them find the best MariaDB solutions; you'll attend RoadShows, TradeShows and Meetups, representing MariaDB, presenting and discussing our latest offerings. Gain hands-on experience with databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions. The team will train you in database fundamentals, security, scalability, and performance tuning.

In this role, you’ll lead by example, addressing complex technical challenges while fostering a supportive environment where team members can thrive and develop their careers. You will manage a high-performing team of Senior Technical Support Engineers, creating a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation, as well as troubleshoot complex issues across databases, network performance, and distributed systems.

The SAP Basis Architect will engage in critical aspects of software and database maintenance/support, including technical analysis, solution design, testing, and customer support. They will provide expert-level expertise and manage compliance throughout support delivery and the technical solution life cycle, designing end-to-end architectures for complex SAP systems.
