• Serve as the primary compliance SME for NERC standards.
• Implement and continuously improve Plus Power’s compliance program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to respond to regulators’ requests for information, audits and/or investigations.

Analyze engineering and manufacturing data related to vehicle systems and components. Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) by maintaining accurate data and impact analyses. Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced formulas, macros) and Power BI.

As part of Intersect’s Procurement team, you’ll drive complex EPC and equipment contracting. Lead commercial strategy, supplier engagement, and contract execution across multiple technologies. Deliver high-quality contracts that support schedule certainty, cost competitiveness, and strong supplier performance.

• Assess exposure and human health risks from chemicals.
• Manage and analyze data to support environmental investigations.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, workplans, proposals, investigative reports, and presentations.

Manage day-to-day project communications with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project plans for multiple installations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Conduct site walks, inspections, and verify compliance with project specifications.

• Overall direction, management, quality control, and completion of project deliverables.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, processes, and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Conducting market research and data analysis.
