Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer data operations, including supplier list maintenance and data accuracy verification.
- Deliver training sessions, host office hours, and handle platform support inquiries for APAC customers.
- Support team workflow, including onboarding and supervising CS Support Ninjas, and assist with translation localization.
Requirements:
- Large data handling experience and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve proactively.
- Confident presenter and communicator for customer-facing interactions.
