About the Role:
- This role drives operational excellence across a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage assets.
- You'll develop scalable processes, systems, and best practices supporting safe, reliable, and commercially effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption of Sitetracker for post-COD operations.
- Develop and improve SOPs, process maps, templates, and training materials, using AI for gap analysis and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, track open actions, and drive continuous improvement across the operating fleet.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in program/project management, business operations, or systems implementation.
- Experience with Sitetracker or similar enterprise platforms, plus AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong project management and documentation skills, with a process improvement mindset.
