About the Role:
- We are hiring a founding Special Projects Lead on our AI Agent Team to scale our AI Agent deployment motion and business.
- You'll build the operational foundation for rapid team growth and lead special projects across process, product, and go-to-market.
What You’ll Do:
- Own weekly business reviews, report on OKRs, and drive knowledge management with an AI-powered second brain.
- Develop internal tools and processes to scale the team, including hiring funnel optimization.
- Lead cross-functional projects at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations, from idea to proof-of-concept.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bias towards action, comfortable at every altitude, with strong operational background.
- 4–8 years in high-velocity environments with exceptional communication skills.
- AI-native or Agent-building experience is a bonus.
