Technical Operator / Force Multiplier

About the role:

• This is not a traditional project management role; you will operate as a technical operator inside the product organization.
• You will work alongside makers — not above them — to move ideas from concept to shipped product quickly.

• The team ships better products faster than before you joined.
• Blockers disappear before they slow the team down, and leadership has visibility without constant status meetings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive rapid feedback loops and keep multiple workstreams moving without creating bottlenecks.
• Create clarity in ambiguous environments and protect the team’s focus so builders can build.
• Use AI tools to prototype, draft specs, and unblock the team continuously.
