Staff Product Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and AI automation for Saviynt's product teams.
• You will engineer operational systems and workflows that enable faster, smarter execution and world-class solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver roadmap presentations connecting data to strategic decisions, using AI tools to automate assembly.
• Provide program management for major product initiatives, partnering with Marketing and Support.
• Capture, synthesize, and route customer and field feedback through AI-driven workflows.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar in a high-growth enterprise software environment.
• Exceptional project management skills and a track record of managing multiple complex initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code and strong command of collaboration tools.
