About the Role:
- This is a deeply technical leadership role focused on building AI agentic systems for internal business units.
- You will report to the CEO and have the mandate to move fast with meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do:
- Build the internal AI deployment platform to enable safe and scalable agentic workflows.
- Ship high-leverage workflows across Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance, and Operations.
- Lead a mixed team and turn business stakeholders into builders.

- Strong product instincts and a bias toward shipping quickly.
