What You'll Do:
- Lead three AI Ops Engineers, owning their delivery, development, and day-to-day work.
- Design and ship multi-agent systems and production-grade automations that measurably improve internal and customer-facing work.
- Keep the AI tooling stack healthy and refine AI training for the wider organisation.
