- Drive change, automation and control maturity as Finance continues to scale.
- Reduce reliance on manual processes and embed sustainable controls through transformation.
- Support complex change across Finance, including ERP evolution and EU expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise change and identify control weaknesses using tools like RCSAs and controls MI.
- Drive the transition from manual controls to automated, well-designed processes.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Engineering teams to design scalable controls.
