Manager, Financial Reporting

What You'll Be Doing:

• Financial reporting: Leading the production of accurate, timely, and compliant monthly consolidated financial statements and regulatory returns, ensuring audit scrutiny
• Technical lead: Researching and documenting complex accounting positions under IFRS (including IFRS 9 and new product launches)
• People management: Managing a team of Senior Accountants responsible for month end close, deep technical work and operational accounting.

Who You Are:

• Designated & Experienced: You hold a CPA designation with 5-7+ years of progressive experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 audit and industry reporting
• Technical Heavyweight: You have deep, hands-on expertise with IFRS (especially financial instruments) and are comfortable writing technical memos that can stand up to external audit partner review.
• People Leader: You have proven experience managing or supervising accountants, with a passion for reviewing work, providing feedback, and elevating the technical skills of your direct reports.
