About the Role:

Core Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and maintain Playwright tests covering critical user flows, APIs, and regression suites.
- Coach manual QA testers into automation and set quality standards across engineering and product.
- Embed automated tests into CI/CD and test AI/LLM-powered features with eval sets.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years in software quality with 2+ years leading QA teams while remaining hands-on.
- Strong experience with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and testing web apps and APIs.
