Senior Quality Automation Engineer

Role Summary:

• Hands-on role designing, building, and maintaining automated tests for Authenticx's healthcare conversation intelligence platform.
• Own automation for critical product areas and prioritize coverage based on customer impact, product risk, release frequency, and business value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Implementation, and Customer teams to improve product quality, testability, and release confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Build automation around real customer use cases, translating workflows, acceptance criteria, and known risk areas into meaningful automated test scenarios.
• Design, write, and maintain automated tests for UI, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, reporting, and AI-powered features.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate flaky tests, and communicate defects, automation gaps, and release risks clearly.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in test automation, SDET, or software engineering with hands-on ownership of automated suites.
• Production-level coding in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Python, and proficiency with Playwright or equivalent.
• REST API testing, SQL data validation, and CI/CD integration including failure triage and test data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, Azure, and testing LLM/ML features using representative datasets and threshold-based regression checks.
• Healthcare, contact center, or regulated environment experience.
• AI-assisted development tools for test creation and debugging.
