As a Technical Recruiter, you will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support hiring in Engineering, Trading and IT. You will be a full-cycle recruiting expert who excels at closing and candidate experience while sourcing a rich pipeline of candidates. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, partnering closely with both internal leadership and external clients, and driving a data-informed and tech-enabled recruitment strategy.
Lead the successful implementation of clients on Deel's global payroll system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, and be able to guide Deel’s most important clients through the critical payroll onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our payroll processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.
