Workday Senior Certified HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across multiple modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable configurations.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements:

• Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one additional HCM certification.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday implementation experience.
• Strong project management, business analysis, and client-facing skills.
