Accountabilities:
- Provide functional expertise in Workday HCM with deep knowledge of U.S. Benefits configuration and implementation.
- Lead or support deployment activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.
- Mentor consultants, share product expertise, and maintain client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Current Workday Partner Benefits Certification and 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
- Previous consulting experience with a software or technology consulting organization.
- Strong functional understanding of HR processes, particularly benefits administration, and excellent communication skills.
