About the Role:
- Deliver consulting services across Workday HCM engagements, including implementations, optimization, and support.
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales presentations and business development.
- Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and provide guidance through solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Support annual Workday business events like talent cycles, performance reviews, and open enrollment.
- Maintain accurate project forecasting and operational reporting.
Qualifications:
- Active Workday HCM Core certification plus at least one additional module certification.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Lead Workday HCM Consultant in a Workday partner environment.
- Experience leading two Phase 1 and two Phase X Workday implementations.
