Workday HCM Principal Consultant (Certified)

About the Role:

• Deliver consulting services across Workday HCM engagements, including implementations, optimization, and support.
• Act as a subject matter expert for sales presentations and business development.
• Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and provide guidance through solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Support annual Workday business events like talent cycles, performance reviews, and open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate project forecasting and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

• Active Workday HCM Core certification plus at least one additional module certification.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Lead Workday HCM Consultant in a Workday partner environment.
• Experience leading two Phase 1 and two Phase X Workday implementations.
