Talent Acquisition Partner (SaaS)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact roles in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers to define role success profiles, interview structure, and selection criteria. You will build and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates who align with Solink’s values and mission. You will ensure every candidate touchpoint, from first message to final offer, reflects the quality and urgency Solink is known for. You will manage a workload of 8–10 open roles at a time, at various stages of the funnel, prioritizing ruthlessly and communicating proactively.
