About Wrapbook's Fraud Program:

  • Define and lead Wrapbook’s strategy to tackle fraud.
  • Take a data-based approach to prioritize and drive Wrapbook’s fraud program roadmap.
  • Define, measure, and be accountable for the success of fraud solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Ideate and define how to identify and reduce opportunities for fraud within the Wrapbook system.
  • Refine due diligence processes to strike the right balance between business needs and appropriate friction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate fraud risk management into strategy and new feature planning.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of program development, implementation, and management experience is required.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools to access data insights and draw conclusions.
  • Experience working backwards from various layers of customer needs to lead the definition and delivery of programs.
