As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Array, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products that impact millions of users. You will support our engineers in their effort to ship code that is reliable and scalable. Collaborate with the squads that are building apps in Go, Node.js, and other stacks to ensure end-to-end quality. Build and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, microservices, and user-facing features.

This role involves owning enterprise-level technical solutioning, leading executive-level client conversations, and collaborating with senior client stakeholders to translate their goals into solution architectures. It includes conducting technical discovery, designing prototypes, building statements of work, and leading proofs of concept to showcase product depth and accelerate time-to-value.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve new product sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing client renewals to ensure long term partnership. AMs will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales AEs, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and leadership to hit growth targets by driving wider adoption of Array’s products.
