Play a pivotal role in building Array's outbound engine, guiding and coaching a team of BDRs focused across various sales verticals. Lead from the front—mentoring, motivating, and holding your team accountable to deliver a pipeline through thoughtful, data-driven prospecting strategies. Energized by operational rigor and relentless iteration, you will own recurring KPI management for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline creation.

Array Sales Engineers support the sales team in deal solutioning, technical scoping, product demos, proofs of concept, prototyping and RFPs. As a Sales Engineer, you are critical in presenting the value of Array’s capabilities to a broad set of prospects. You will be collaborating with Account Executives as a trusted advisor to customers working to tie Array’s solutions to their business needs.
