The Senior Director of Engineering will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and scaling our engineering department as we continue to grow. This role involves translating engineering strategy into execution, driving the development and release of new products and features, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate unstoppable leadership of engineering teams, excelling in business alignment and people management.

Respond to client inquiries and technical issues via email, ticketing systems, and occasional video calls. Investigate issues by reviewing API logs and user actions, escalating more complex cases to senior team members or engineering. Document common issues and resolutions in internal knowledge bases and contribute to client-facing FAQs or support articles.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition lead. Lead the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success) to craft targeted sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates’ domain fit.
