About the Role:
- Support accounting, valuation, and reporting for 27,000+ funds on the AngelList platform.
- Work with cross-functional operations teams and interface directly with GPs and LPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review post-close actions for valuation and accounting updates.
- Prepare financial statements and complete annual audits with audit firms.
- Maintain investment tracking system and drive automation improvements.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years in fund administration or public accounting, with CPA strongly preferred.
- Superb attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Mastery of core financial concepts and interest in venture finance.
