Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train accounting analysts on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilities.
- Perform reconciliations of Net Asset Values and provide accounting reports to internal and external clients.
- Coordinate year-end audit engagements, ensure GAAP compliance, and communicate fund transactions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in fund services.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality client service.
