Manager, Accounting

About the Role:

• Pivotal to daily accounting workflows, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and experience across multiple systems.

Responsibilities - General Accounting:

• Accurately record and consolidate all financial transactions and notes for Prime and its disregarded entities.
• Calculate and record monthly allocation journal entries and investment program transactions.

Responsibilities - Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Oversee AP platforms, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Manage employee expense processes and support monthly reconciliations between financial and CRM software.

Responsibilities - Audit, Tax, & Compliance:

• Assist with annual audit schedules and support tax preparation, including Form 990 and state filings.
• Issue annual 1099 and 1042-S forms and maintain documentation for audit readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 4-7 years of experience or 7-10 years equivalent.
• Proficiency with accounting software, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and strong attention to detail.
