About the Role:
- Own complex accounting research and application under US GAAP.
- Serve as key contact for private equity sponsor and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with Controller, FP&A, and external auditors.
What You'll Do:
- Draft technical accounting memos and present conclusions.
- Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
- Monitor emerging accounting standards and assess impacts.
Who You Are:
- CPA with 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606, 842, and 805.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
