Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
- Support the quarterly close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit deliverables.
- Lead technical accounting assessments and draft memos for complex transactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, with CPA preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience, including public accounting or SEC reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite and growth-stage companies is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $160,000–$180,000 plus bonus and equity.
