Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

Financial Reporting:

• Support the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc.) including managing the review and approval process.
• Prepare or review quarterly financial statements, earnings per share calculations, and disclosure checklists.
• Manage quarterly reporting, auditor PBC requests, and auditor reviews to ensure timely completion.

Equity and Technical Accounting:

• Prepare or review monthly journal entries, accounting analyses, and reconciliations related to stock-based compensation and other equity transactions.
• Lead research, evaluation, and documentation of technical accounting conclusions under US GAAP.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards and proactively identify potential impacts.

Controls and Process Improvements:

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial reporting, technical accounting, and stock compensation accounting processes using AI and other tools.
• Monitor and revise procedures to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting and equity accounting.
