Lead SEC Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Own the preparation, review, and filing of GitLab's SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinating cross-functional inputs.
• Lead the earnings release process and manage the disclosure checklist and XBRL review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA licensure preferred.
• Experience owning SEC reporting deliverables in a public company or public accounting environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
