Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting

Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:

• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and related disclosures, and facilitate reviews with auditors and leadership.
• Research and document technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and acquisition accounting.
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors, and ensure SOX controls around reporting.

General Ledger & Month-End Close:

• Own month-end accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis.
• Review internal-use software capitalization and prepare/post journal entries.
• Partner with FP&A, Payroll, and business owners to resolve open items and ensure accurate financial statements.

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Lead implementation of process/system improvements for reporting, GL, and technical accounting.
• Automate and accelerate the financial statement close while strengthening controls.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and serve as a key business partner.
