Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations, including revenue, general ledger, and operational accounting.
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
- Drive internal controls, process improvement, and system integrations.
Qualifications:
- CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and external audit management.
- Experience in high-growth fintech or trading environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $235,000 - $275,000 plus performance bonus.
