About the Role:
- As a Disbursement Analyst, you will own end-to-end payment processing, tax form preparation, and cash management for legal settlement matters.
- You will collaborate with Data Services, Print/Mail, and Client Services teams to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.
What You'll Do:
- Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in strict accordance with court orders.
- Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to verify accuracy.
- Process replacement payments, deposits, and bank wires while maintaining complete transaction records.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, banking, or a closely related financial processing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to process high volumes of transactions.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational discipline to manage multiple priorities without errors.
