About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for entering and reviewing critical data used for semi-monthly payroll processing.
  • This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions and performs ongoing payroll tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
  • Compute and audit taxable wage/paycheck calculations and ensure accurate processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, promotions, and bonuses.
  • Support employee paycheck inquiries and execute state tax filings and reporting for multiple entities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of multi-state, multi-entity payroll operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, tax laws, and compliance, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • FPC or CPP certification is a plus, and experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
