The Role:
- Build and run the operating layer between product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Support an operations team of 100+ staff and thousands of homeowners monthly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define enablement programs and feedback loops.
Responsibilities:
- Triage & Product Support: Own first-line review of inbound bug reports and operational issues.
- Enablement Partnership: Build a product enablement program covering release training and documentation.
- Measurement & Feedback Loop: Instrument intake systems and deliver recurring feedback reports.
About You:
- 5-8 years across product operations, product management, or technical program management.
- Strong technical experience within a SaaS organization.
- Investigative instincts and data fluency to separate 'broken' from 'misunderstood'.
