Your Role:
- Become an expert in how our product works and how customers use it in the real world.
- Spend significant time testing workflows, exploring customer use cases, and identifying bugs or friction.
- Support customer-facing delivery through implementation support, workflow guidance, and light troubleshooting.
What You'll Own:
- Product fluency: learn the product end to end and stay current as it evolves.
- Voice of the customer: bring customer context into internal decisions.
- Customer-minded QA: test new features through the lens of real users.
- Structured issue triage: own clear, reproducible bug reports.
- Professional services support: help with implementation and documentation.
Required Experience:
- Experience in customer success, professional services, product operations, or QA at a SaaS company.
- A genuine QA mindset: notice what's off, reproduce it, and document it cleanly.
- Strong product curiosity and customer empathy.
- Technical literacy to work with engineers and product managers.
- High agency and strong written communication.
