Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of ASC 805 opening balance sheets and purchase price allocations for all acquisitions.
- Coordinate with third-party valuation providers and review fair value analyses.
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding program for newly acquired operating companies.

- Thrives in ambiguity and comfortable building process in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with public accounting background (Big 4 preferred).
- Extensive experience with ASC 805 and other complex technical matters (ASC 606, 350, 810, 718).
- CPA required; experience in PE-backed or multi-entity environment a plus.
