Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global accounting policies and governance frameworks for Business Assurance.
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, purchase price accounting, and integration.
- Drive pricing governance, billing transformation, and digital initiatives in partnership with finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA) with minimum 10 years of international accounting experience.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting governance.
- Experience in Big Four and multinational organizations, with M&A and integration experience.
