Revenue Recognition & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 and GAAP, including maintaining SSP frameworks and reviewing adjustments.
- Draft technical accounting white papers and develop new revenue policies as needed.
- Assess credit reserves and support quarterly close processes.
RFP & Contract Review:
- Conduct detailed reviews to verify revenue treatment and compliance.
- Perform monthly reconciliation and analytical reviews of revenue data.
- Evaluate contract terms for appropriate revenue recognition.
Financial Reporting & Internal Controls:
- Reconcile and report consolidated revenue from Oracle to GL.
- Support external audits and enhance internal audit processes.
- Maintain end-to-end revenue process documentation.
Process Improvement & Integration:
- Integrate new entities into revenue processes and perform UAT for new SKUs.
- Identify automation opportunities to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
