About the Opportunity:
- Partner with product leadership to drive the Pod-Agents roadmap.
- Partner with the CMO and clinical operations to understand care manager workflows.
- Define success metrics and feedback loops for AI agent features.
Who You Are:
- You've built products that touch real care workflows for care managers or clinicians.
- You operate independently, develop a clear POV, and drive execution.
- You've shipped AI or ML powered features and understand what makes them hard.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in healthcare.
- Experience building products that touch clinical workflows.
- Strong written communication skills.
