You will also champion the adoption of AI/ML capabilities to enhance developer workflows and deliver meaningful value.

We’re looking for several IT Business Analysts to join our expanding Product team. These roles are pivotal to a major new agency partnership and will sit across core product areas including Account-Based Ticketing, Payments, and Agency Portals. You’ll work at the intersection of discovery and delivery, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and agency stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions.
