Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable engineering patterns with reusable templates and testing frameworks.
• Ensure data quality and observability by implementing tests and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with the architect and stakeholders to translate business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience in cloud data environments.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt in production.
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare data and understanding of relevant codes.

Technical Stack:

• Proficient in Data Platforms (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, S3) and Transformation (dbt, Matillion).
• Experienced with Orchestration (Airflow, Dagster) and Quality Monitoring tools.
• Skilled in Version Control (Git) and Languages (SQL, Python).

Ways of Working:

• Take direction from the Architect on patterns and standards.
• Own pipelines end-to-end, from ingestion to incident response.
• Believe in testing, documentation, and observability.
