Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be critical in expanding existing customers usage of our Platform and growing revenue by selling and specializing in one of our cutting-edge solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle with existing accounts, with an emphasis on pitching, demoing, and closing for the solution you specialize in. This role is critical in our scaling efforts and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. You will also conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and showcase our solutions; prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to existing clients. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress; build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, both external and internal. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Analyze sales metrics and performance data to improve strategies and outcomes continuously.
