Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy for Orca-T and future pipeline products. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you'll shape how patients, providers, and payers access and afford our therapies. Lead a team responsible for Field Market Access and U.S. Value, Access & Pricing Strategy.
This role will own the design, development, and deployment of data reporting infrastructure, field analytics dashboards, and performance measurement tools. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and commercial execution. This position works closely with various teams to ensure actionable insights are delivered across the organization.
The Manager, Training will play a pivotal role in preparing Orca Bioβs organization for the U.S. launch of ORCA-T. This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training for field teams (Account Management, Payer Account Directors, Market Development, Medical Science Liaisons), overseeing onboarding and certification, coordinating regional and national meetings, and supporting key launch operations activities.
The Orca T Account Manager (OTAM) will be the main link between Orca Bio and Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). This person will build and manage relationships, help clinical sites get ready and work well, and encourage the right use of Orca Bioβs therapies that are being tested. This role is important for making sure clinical sites, doctors, and other healthcare workers have a good experience.
