Job Description

The National Account Manager builds excellent relationships with the most strategic clients, driving process rigor and improvements. They own growth targets and support S&OP planning through re-orders and portfolio expansion. Tasked with planning Client site visits and presenting to key stakeholders, they prioritize accounts and leverage team resources. Operational excellence is key, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to arrival. They drive internal collaboration, resolve problems, and promote services, generating monthly client reports and leading weekly/monthly client calls. Project management involves supporting business management by documenting risks and issues, troubleshooting client-related issues, and coordinating tasks between the Client and departmental areas. They will take ownership of assigned tasks and drive actions.
